Dah lama tak menaip bermakna dah lama tak masak dan semakin kelu jari nak menari2 atas keyboard dan idea semakin kurang, huhu... Hari ni kandungan saya dah masuk 22 minggu, dah 5 bulan. Bermakna kata hampir 4 bulan jugak lah saya tak memasak. Rasanya baru 2 3 kali saya masak utk suami & anak2. Tu pun simple sangat. Saya tak alah muntah2 mcm saya pregnantkan 2 heroes saya sebelum ni. Tapi saya tak tahan bau masakan terutama bau goreng2 dan bau tumis kari. Kari pun dah kurang makan. Kalau kari ikan memang tak boleh makan langsung. Loya je rasa... Huhu...</span></div>

Mula2 saya makan ni, kawan saya bawak masa usrah. Sedap! Terus mintak resipi, hehe...</span></div>

So, bila kandungan dah besar ni, kandungan menekan ke belakang menyebabkan pergerakan saya sangat2 terbatas. Ikutkan hati taknak buat apa2 masa besday suami n ayah saya hari tu. Tapi demi yang tersayang, saya gagahkan diri jugak... Gigih betul. Sampai pitam dlm bilik air, haha... Tapi malam tu tengok sekejap je Quiche tu licin, siap suami mintak buatkan lagi, rasa berbaloi pengorbanan dan rasa semangat sangat...</span></div>

Pisang Ganache ni saya sediakan untuk potluck farewell party sekolah Anas, CIC Darul Aman. Hari Isnin lepas dapat surat dari his teacher bagitau ada jamuan. And parents diminta sediakan potluck untuk anak2 bawak. Yang paling penting teacher dia pesan minta parents bwk snack yg berkhasiat utk anak2 CIC. Disebabkan budak2 kan picky eater, sedikit choosy, saya agak pening ape yg sesuai, sihat dan berkhasiat utk anak2 CIC, yg plg penting, cukup nutrisi dan nak tarik minat diorang terhadap healthy food. So, sy belek la buku2 koleksi makanan utk si manja yg sememangnya byk dalam simpanan saya. Belek punya belek, saya tertarik dgn idea menyediakan Pisang Ganache ni...Kebetulan ada tempahan moist chocolate kek untuk hari ni, so saya lebihkan ganache ni sikit.</center>

Cara nak masak ganache:</center>

<li>Parutkan coklat masakan atau potong kecil-kecil</li>
<li>Panaskan whipping cream sehingga hampir mendidih, tutup api, dan masukkan coklat masakan. Kacau sehingga coklat cair.</li>
<li>Masukkan syrup glucose atau madu, kacau lagi, akhir sekali masukkan butter, kacau sehingga butter cair.</li>

Cara membuat:</div>

<li>Putar mentega hingga kembang, masukkan tepung superfine sedikit demi sedikit dan ketepikan.*</li>
<li>Putar telur, gula & ovelette hingga kembang dan putih.</li>
<li>Satukan adunan 1 dan 2. Kemudian masukkan esen vanilla dan susu segar. Gaul sebati.*</li>
<li>Bahagikan adunan kepada 6 bahagian. Warnakan & perisakan.</li>
<li>Bakar adunan satu demi satu hingga habis. Setiap lapisan menggambil masa selama 10 minit pada suhu 180°c menggunakan loyang bersaiz 8".</li>

<li>Putar telur hingga berbuih, masukkan air gula, putar lagi sehingga kembang.</li>
<li>Masukkan mentega dan shortening. Putar hingga adunan kembang dan halus. Masukkan esen vanilla. Gaul sebati.</li>
<li>Sapu pada kek selapis demi selapis dan hiaskan kek.</li>

KAEDAH & TIPS:</div>

<li>Ovelette bertindak sebagai penstabil buih dalam adunan kek. Ovelette perlu disimpan rapi dalam bekas kedap udara. Untuk digunakan dalam adunan kek, sebaiknya gaul ovelette dgn gula kastor terlebih dahulu utk mengelakkan ovelette berketul (tidak sebati dgn adunan).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tepung dan baking powder ayak bersama.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Mentega pulak, saya suka gunakan mentega dalam pail atau tin sbb lebih wangi dan kek lebih gebu. Kalau you all guna mentega ketul tu, boleh tambah sedikit Butter Oil utk bagi wangi. Tapi untuk adunan krim, better guna mentega ketul tu sbb mentega dlm pail lebih lembut, tak sesuai utk menghias kek. (Smlm mentega ketul saya kehabisan sbb sy buat 2 adunan icing so sy campur sedikit mentega dlm pail, hasilnya icing sy terlalu berminyak dan tak terletak elok di keliling kek)</li>

<li>Pada yang bertanda * tu sy alter sedikit. Dalam resipi di atas xde yogurt. Tapi sy campurkan yogurt dan take out fresh milk tu. Pastu masa lepas putar mentega sampai kembang tu, resipi ni suh campurkan tepung siap2. Tapi sy cuma putarkan mentega, ketepikan then putar telur, gula+ovelette sampai kembang lepas tu sy campurkan adunan tu, putar sebati then baru masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Saya tak pasti hasilnya kalau terus campur tepung di step awal. Sbb sy dah biasa buat kek, tepung kena masukkan selepas masuk telur.</li>
</ul>

<li>Oh ya, sebelum apa2, panaskan oven terlebih dahulu ya, at least 15 minit sblm masukkan kek. Yg expert mesti dah tahu. Tapi yg beginner mungkin tak alert kalau tak di ingatkan...</li>

<li>Bahagikan kek kepada 6 bahagian baru tambah warna dan yogurt. Untuk adunan resipi ni, smlm saya timbang, setiap adunan lebih kurang 168g.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lepas kek dah masak, ia akan lekang sendiri dari tepi loyang. (Ops, jgn lupa griskan loyang dgn butter atau guna baking paper) Kek ni perlu dikeluarkan terus dari loyang. Terus je terbalikkan atas grill penyejuk kek tu (halamak, time ni la lupa nama dia).</li>

<li>Biarkan kek benar2 sejuk sebelum hias.</li>

Oh ya, ada satu lagi resipi dan kaedah yg sedikit berlainan dari resipi dan kaedah di atas. Saya akan share dalam next entry. Sebenarnya saya google banyak resipi semuanya berlainan tapi masih hampir sama, hehe. Saya hanya pilih 1-3 resipi untuk dicuba. Tapi 1st cubaan ni pun semua org cakap sedap cuma terlalu manis so utk next time buat, kena kurangkan gula je la...</div>

Step 9: Ambil loyang yang lebih besar dari loyang tadi, tuangkan air panas menggelegak tu dalam loyang besar. Kemudian, masukkan loyang kek ke dalam loyang besar. *Masa masukkan loyang kek dalam loyang besar berisi air panas tu, kita akan dengar bunyi crack dari lapisan gula hangus yang keras tu. **Ini kaedah steambake / water bath sbb nak elakkan lapisan gula karamel hangus dalam oven.</center>

Step 10: Kurangkan sedikit suhu oven (160°c - 180°c) *suhu ni pun bergantung pada oven masing2.* Masukkan loyang ke dalam oven dan bakar guna api bawah sahaja selama 45 minit pertama. 15 minit terakhir baru buka api atas bawah. Tapi boleh juga terus guna api bawah sahaja selama 1 jam.</center>

Bila dah masak, tutup api oven, buka sedikit pintu oven, biarkan kek turun, mendap dan kecut dengan sendiri di dalam oven, agak2 kek dah mendap tu, keluarkan kek dari oven dan biarkan suam. Bila dah suam baru terbalikkan kek dari loyang. Masa ni mmg dup dap dup dap nak tgk kek karamel ni jadi ke tak, hehe... Samada kita akan senyum happy atau sedih bila tgk karamel tak jadik. Ni seminggu lepas punye menu, hehe... Bukanlah bermakna saya dah lama tak masak. Ye, memang sangat jarang dapat memasak skrg ni. Sbb umah mak sendiri & mak mertua dekat je. <b>Cara-cara:</b><br />
<ol><li>Bersih ikan dan kelar. Lumurkan dengan bahan A. Masukkan ikan ke dalam bekas yang sesuai untuk dikukus.</li>
<li>Satukan bahan B & bahan C di dalam mangkuk, gaul sama rata dan tuangkan ke atas ikan. Kalau nak pedas, cili padi tadi bolehlah dipotong.</li>
<li>Hiaskan dengan hirisan limau kasturi (2-3 hiris pun cukup, nak bagi naik bau wangi je) dan daun ketumbar (ni pun utk naikkan bau sedap).</li>
<li>Kukus sehingga masak</li>

Last sekali saya masak, hari Isnin lepas. Tu pun masak satu lauk je untuk bawak bekal makan kat rumah FIL. Malam tu dinner kat sana, makan hasil pancingan FIL, ikan keli yang sangat besar. Sejak 'bertungkus lumus' melayan tetamu-tetamu yang datang dari jauh, saya terlalu keletihan. Petang balik kerja mesti tertidur terus. Pulak tu En.Hubby balik lambat & selalu makan kat luar (ada supplier belanja, etc...), Ummi saya pun kesian kat saya dan ajak saya makan kat rumah dia ja. Nasib baik la umah parents bersebelahan je. So, sempena besday dia, saya masak la jugak. Selain tu saya tempah Blueberry kek dari kawan saya dan surprise kan En.Hubby malam besday dia tu. Saya letak kek dalam peti sejuk. Lepas tu saya mintak tolong dia amikkan air sejuk untuk saya. Padahal saya tak rasa nak minum pun. Bila dia buka peti sejuk, dia happy la... Hehe...
